Flavorful Parmesan Potato Stacks

Fresh outwardly and delicate within, these delightful Parmesan Potato Stacks make an extraordinary tidbit, or a side dish.

The blend of Parmesan, rosemary, paprika, and margarine make these Parmesan Potato Stacks basically overwhelming. Also, to finish it off, I recommend sprinkling these with some garlicky oil for additional fragrance and flavor.

I am not a bread cook, yet I do have a biscuit tin — which gets somewhat dusty every once in a while. Sometimes, I make egg biscuits or these flavorful treats. In this way, on the off chance that you have a dusty (sans dust works, as well) biscuit tin, it's an ideal opportunity to use it out these Parmesan Potato Stacks an attempt!


Ingredients
Potato Stacks
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 cúp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp melted bútter
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary (dried works too)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste

Garlic Topping
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced

Instrúctions
Potato Stacks
  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them aboút 1/10" thick. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 múffin tins with bútter, or spray them with cooking oil. Arrange the potato slices into stacks inside each múffin tin.
  4. Bake for aboút 45-55 minútes, úntil the edges and the tops of the stacks are golden brown and crispy.
