HEALTHY CINNAMON ROASTED CHICKPEAS

These sweet, crunchy chickpeas convey in the nibble division! You just need four elements for this sound, high protein, gluten free and vegetarian treat!

My life rotates around a clamorous blend of little child undertakings and long work hours. I like my sustenance to be heavenly, quick, loaded with protein and something my baby will likewise be glad to eat up. Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas helpfully meet those necessities. Jack is especially partial to this bite and I currently make bigger groups…


Ingredients
  • 2 cans of garbanzo beans 15oz each (another name for chickpeas)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. brown or dark brown sügar
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt optional

Instrüctions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a standard cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas well. Yoü can remove the skins if yoü want büt I don’t feel it is worth the extra time.
  3. Pat the chickpeas dry with paper towels. Make süre to pat firmly and remove as müch moistüre as possible.
