  • ⅓ cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • ¼ cup finely sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons golden raisins
  • ⅓ cup reduced-fat salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sliced natural almonds
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 6 slices multigrain bread, lightly toasted
